Candied Ketchup [Vegetarian]

Ingredients

1/3 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Butter

2/3 Cup of ketchup
1 TSP Liquid Smoke
3 Dashes of Cinnamon
1 Dash of Chili Powder
1 Dash of Roasted Ground Paprika

The Fun Stuff

The Start
Range Temperature: Low (1-2)
Melt butter and brown sugar together in a small sauce pan or pot, constantly stirring until it is a brown goo.

Then Add the following
Range Temperature: Med/High (6-7)
Add ketchup, liquid smoke, cinnamon, chili powder and roasted ground paprika.
Stir occasionally until a soft boil then turn off heat remove from eye and let sit for about 10 minutes.

To Finish it Off
Range Temperature: Low (1-2)
Reheat on low occasionally stirring for 5 minutes until thick.

Chicken
Pork
Venison
Beans
Dipping Sauce
